being an IK fangirl, I particularly liked this episode

I've picked up my third cold of the year, thanks to Son who can't seem to not get one cold after another, and he's grown up, too.  He really needs to take better care of himself.

I have two stories plotted out for fanfic_bakeoff , neither of them InuYasha based, and most of an InuYasha  oneshot written, but am stuck helping someone in desperate straits on the Castle Age game on facebook.  Why do I feel obligated to play rescuer on this stupid game, just cause as friend of mine or two or three are trying to kill this monster?

I don't know.    I always swear I won't do this any more, but instead, continue to.

Bleh on colds.  But at least the rain and snow have finally ended; the ground here in town in not white, although the mountains looked dipped in sugar frosting, and the sunlight is beautiful.  The weeds are starting to green up, so that means spring will not be long in coming.

It could be worse.

OMG, Ep 18.

The squish. THE SQUISH. :3

I thought they did a very decent job of twining together those widely-separated chapters into one mini-arc.

Loves the squish...

Agreed! It was great to see a good old Inuyasha Kagome episode again! And they're growing so close! *squeee*

Sorry to hear about the cold. I hope it passes quickly.

No CA for me! I save no one's butt! lol

Yes, they are pretty close by this time in the story...and this episode highlighted that nicely....

It pleases me greatly. :D

You're too sick. Tell kiddoes to stay away if they have colds till you get your immune system back up and running.

*fixes you chicken soup and barley water* That'll get you back on your feet.

I thank you, ma'am. I have chronic problems, but the colds and the flu were not wanted, let me tell you....

i hope you feel better. maybe if you wear a garlic braid around your neck when the kids come to visit, might keep them and their bugs away.

i see the bake-off has started and if i don't check my friends page a few times a day there will be pages and pages to catch up on at once.

i did that with the helping CA friends for the last time. now when they ask, i give them the links to all the launch groups and tell them to join, post, click, and return favors at all of them.

feel better sue, i can still send you a package of lo han kuo if you want. if not-- warmer weather will be back in a couple months.

I hang out on the wall of the Castle Age Quick EPIC monster Slayers/Assisters when I do this. I spend a lot of time clicking on other people's monsters and let them return the favor to me; it seems to get a more certain response than begging.

You know any other good ones where it's easy to get connected to people looking for clicks?

When I jumped in on this hydra, it was like 66 hours left and they hadn't gotten the cannons launched. Yesterday I got through the canons and blizzard and into the firestorm; today we finished the firestorm and have gotten about half way through the Last Stand.

It's been a lot of hard work, but we have about 30 hours left, so I think we'll make it. Now that I managed to beg enough clicks, people are coming back to fight. I figured people thought it was going to flee.

If Mythnlynx hadn't done a CTA, I'd probably never gotten involved, but I felt sorry for her and a couple of other people I saw who had been hitting on it. One thing about being a heavy hitter with a lot of time to spend on the computer...means I can turn into a rescue ranger when the mood strikes me...But I'll be exhausted when this one is down. Only thing I have to do tomorrow is call up a keira for one of the Keira groups...but that's not going to be a problem.

I sound like such a game geek...

i copy/paste the following to all help requests. i do as you do, but i'm not telling anyone about it, because then everyone will just click on all the posts without posting. eventually no one will be posting at those groups. so feel free to copy/paste the following to everyone who begs for help. >=]

a suggestion-- join and post your 'call to arms' link at the following, then click on every battle on the list leaving your battle link when you post your launch number so that they can return the favor. they will help you with launching weapons and fighting:

Finally clicked all the links...was already a member of two of them, joined two others and link 3 and link 6 didn't work for me...

Anyway, one can't have too many resources like this. In my "home base" monster slaying group, we've decided to have one person nursemaid each epic monster we call up, so we don't get stuck...Sounds like an excellent idea to me...less last minute rescuing would be a reallly nice thing.

i think that makes me a game geek too

they worked for me-- hmm.

apparently there were too many members at MACA so they have a second wall up, you'll have to plug them into 'fb search' and open that one to join.
