Just hold that thought, Muses.

Pink and fairies,
Kitsune, too,
Vampire,Romantic hero,
whatever you do --
I'm telling you this,
so it won't come out of the blue --
I'm taking the night off,
so what are y'all going to do?

I'm curling up
with a scary book,
nothing for research,
Japan forsook,
real paper, real cover --
just take a look!
A break from the monitor,
sitting curled in my nook.
No plotting, no dreaming,
nada --this night is took.

So neener, neener, neener!
