KK with Kanji

Small victories.

I was able to keep my blood sugars close to normal both before and after breakfast today (about 102-103) for the first time since I was diagnosed.

Small triumphs.

And a big Boo! to shoe stores and shoe makers who don't keep wide sizes of running shoes and hiking shoes.  You know who you are.  Shame on them.

But Asics makes a wonderful diabetic running sock (not that I run, just walk).  Kudos on them.

Let's see if I can continue today's trend on sugars.

Oh, and I should be getting the OK on Monday to start gentle weight training on my left arm.  Finally!  It's healing well.
