KK with Kanji

Mama KK, Body Builder....

Bench pressed 95 lbs today for the first time.  I was rather shocked that I could...curled 60 or so on a zbar ...pulled 70 lbs on lat pulldowns...  I think 95 is my tops, even when I was doing this before, and after all those, and a couple of other exercises, I still managed to do a hundred squats.  My trainer loves squats.

Wonder what it means when you can bench press your ideal weight.  I'm getting close....LOL.

My arms, they feel like wet noodles...but happy ones.  For a fat old lady, I'm doing good.
