It's not the holidays. It's not even the cold weather, really.
It's the weather changes.
on a scale of 1-10, what is your pain level? oh, today it's about a 7 and moving up. can't really take anything that works, because my digestion rebells, although I may try to sneak in a little Ibuprofen cause the pain's really revving up. I'll have to take it with pepcid and prilosec, though. Elbows. Knees, wrists and ankles. Surprisingly, the hands are their usual slightly painful, slightly numb selves and not joining in the chorus.
Pain in the wrists and ankles and right knee. Almost like the stigmata.
Eventually, the front will move into a different position, and the pain will all magically go away. Usually happens 2 days before the weather hits.
My dad always said getting old isn't for wimps.
He's right. It hurts.
