I think he's going to one near Burns, OR. It's a well named place, cause it burns by Burns every summer.
Still, I was glad he got to come home to say goodbye to Amber. I feel her absence. My other golden does too. There is something missing when it's meal time or time to go outside, and it's so strange not having her plop down blocking the doorway like she used to do, guarding us, I guess.
Me, I have finally set up my sewing machine, cleaned it, changed the needle, set the tension, and pinned my hakama together. After I get hubby to the dispatch office and on his way, I suspect I'll start putting them together.
Been reading Fairy Tail, a cute manga that I like a lot. And chapter one of Bakuman, by the people who did Death Note. And the last two chapters of of Samurai Usagi, which closed on a cliffie (shaking my fist at the scan crew (lol)
And I wrote a small piece for the new community, inu_kaidan.
And I've been slowly working on chap 3 of YT (even have about 650 words done) and one scene for chapt 14 of ATE.
I guess I've been more productive than I thought. I also read a big whopping chunk of Splendent Goddess's Mating Season. Some reason, things like that keep me sane.
