Write, Write, Write! And a request

Today the writing's going so much easier than yesterday.  Funny how that goes.

Midday word count total for my nano:

12,763.

I'm getting to some critical things in the plot, soon, though...if I get stuck on them, the word output might slow down a bit as I take some time for more brainstorming.

And the request:

akapiratequeen  really needs some feedback on her Nano piece.  If you have some time, please check out her story here: http://austinsage.wordpress.com/about/

On to Chapter 7!

Wow. One quarter done after only 4 days. Impressive.

Maybe I'm taking a leaf out of Michael Moorcock's planbook. He wrote most of the Elric books in days, in part because he did an adequate amount of preplanning and then wrote at breakneck speed.

We'll see how it keeps up.

I once read something about Gordon Dickson. He and Poul Anderson lived in adjoining apartments in Minneapolis. He said that they continued typing late at night because they knew that the other was still working and did not feel that they could go to bed they could hear the other typing.

They had their own real-life nano! LOL...great story. And both favorite writers of mine.
