Not cynical. I didn't vote because I have no faith that either side winning will change anything. And they call it voter apathy...

It should be pretty relaxing for Obama. He doesn't have to sign or veto anything if they can't send him any bills.

I think that's what makes me want to headdesk most about the whole thing. We've just signed on for two years of getting even more nothing than usual done. Woo!

But thank goodness the political ads are done for now.

They're already calling for impeachment in the House. I think we'll be lucky if all we get is gridlock and government shutdown *sigh*
